About INL
The Island Netball League (INL) exists to facilitate a fun, competitive and friendly netball experience on the Isle of Wight. Played on Sunday mornings in Cowes from 9am, you can expect a friendly welcome, some excellent netball and plenty of opportunities to socialise outside of the game.
The league currently welcomes 9 teams for Autumn/Winter 2025/26 season. Unfortunately we are no longer accepting applications for the coming season - please check back towards the end of the year as we re-open team and individual application forms. If you have any questions in the meantime, please do drop us an email.
Notes:
All players must be 14+. If your full team is under the age of 18 we do require someone 18+ (a parent or coach) to be named who will be present at every game. All teams with player/s under the age of 18 must name a safeguarding representative - please indicate on your registration form if this is required and we can support.

Games are four quarters of 15 minutes, all teams should provide an umpire and scorer each week, however if you do not have an umpire in your team to begin with we can support with this and no named umpire should not deter you from entering. Please see our umpiring page for more info. Umpires will not be required to umpire their own game (ie. if you are a player and an umpire you will be able to do both). A team fee will be payable ahead of the commencement of the league, you will receive more details on this when registering.

Please email islandnetballleague@gmail.com if you have any questions.
