We are looking forward to welcoming you to the new INL, starting on the 19th January 2025!Due to court availability, matches will start a week later than initially communicated, with all matches taking place at Cowes Enterprise College, Cowes starting Sunday 19th January. Captains, please keep an eye on your inbox this week as we will be sharing fixtures and umpire lists, rules and all the details you need to get your team ready to play. The email will also contain details of entry fees and how to get your team signed up as England Netball members.

We will also be updating our website with all you need to know about the league this week.

If you signed up as an individual, please check your inbox as an invitation has been shared with you to join a brand new team, together with an invite to join us for a session to meet your new team mates and play together for the first time this weekend (12th January).
